Doing exercise everyday should be of the most importance for everyone. There are many ways to exercise but some of them are dependent of the weather, when it’s bad weather you can’t go out because the conditions are too harsh.

Running is a good sport but it can be weather dependent if you like to do it in open spaces otherwise you can do it at home with a simple treadmill.

Running is good to burn calories and has a positive effect over your body and health.

Consider exercising daily seriously.
