People who have become newly Rich
Have you ever eared about Nouveau Riche? It’s French for new rich or new money and it refers to a person who has acquired a lot of wealth within his or her generation. Normally this term is used for people that has become rich but comes from a lower socioeconomic rank and that the wealth they got has provided the means for the acquisition of goods or luxuries that were previously unobtainable.
One of the nouveau riche is the famous musician Ray Charles which was a poor boy coming from a poor family. His father left him with his mother to be with another family of his own. Ray Charles lost his parents and his sight when he was still a kid but managed to learn music and started playing with bands to earn is living.
Ray Charles became rich due to the great music he was producing and managed to shape the sound of rhythm and blues, a great deed for sure.
