My advice is not to waste a lot of money and time building a house in all the bits you have, you’re better off buying a manufactured home, they are cheap, reliable, with all safety requirements and they’re fast to get and move.

You can live perfectly comfortable in a manufactured house as long as you got water, gas, and electricity. They’re the perfect solution for accommodation when you need more than one house.
