I’m making this post for the best diet pill but let me tell you that before you try these ones you should consider doing some exercise.
Exercise is the best way to lose fat, exercise shouldn’t be too hard because the moderate one is the one that burns most fat.
Try to maintain a steady state on which you have all oxygen you need available, if you notice that you can’t hold on to the exercise is because you are doing it too hard which means that you aren’t burning as much calories as you should.
