Some people have high cholesterol and that’s probably because they don’t do any exercise and because they eat too much fat in their food.
If you have such problem you should start exercising immediately and watching your diet! If that doesn’t work you should consider seeing a doctor! You can also take a look at cholesterol medications.
One thing is for sure: cholesterol can be very harmful to your body especially to the cardiovascular system and is one of the major causes of death!
