Travel to Amsterdam

Wednesday, March 11th, 2009

Amsterdam is quite a place to visit and I tell you this because I’ve been there sometimes and I just love that city. Amsterdam doesn’t stop and it has entertainment 24 hours a day. This lovely city is built over sand and most buildings are over 300 years old.

The Dutch people are also very nice and helpful. I really miss the people and the country, when I go there I normally visit more places and let me tell you that Holland isn’t just Amsterdam because there is so much more to see.

Amsterdam is the perfect place to go for a weekend or even more time because that city is quite big. Check these weekend getaways if you want to really enjoy one of your weekends.

The video will show you a bit of Amsterdam, hope you like it.

Thievery Corporation – Sound the Alarm (Live)

Saturday, March 7th, 2009

Thievery Corporation is one of the best bands of downtempo and I can tell you that besides having great music they also give amazing concerts like the one I saw last summer.

This music is called sound the alarm and you can see them playing this music live in the video down bellow.

This band is quite downtempo, dub and trippy which makes me love their music.

If you have a home alarm that works with music let me tell you that this music would be great for you to start your day.

Rubber stamps

Sunday, March 1st, 2009

If you like or have any kind of interest in rubber stamps you’re going to love this video. In this video you can see a huge and old collection of rubber stamps like I imagine you’ve never seen before.

When I was young I used to love to play with stamps but as I grew older my interest started disappearing.

Anyway if you also like good collections of oldies you certainly will enjoy this fresh video that I found on YouTube.

Hope you enjoy.

How to Charge an iPod using electrolytes and an onion

Sunday, March 1st, 2009

I think the title of this post says it all but let me see if I can add something new into this subject. Indeed that charging ipods with an onion and electrolytes is a kind of green idea but let’s remember that we are wasting useful food and that the energy in our home comes with far less costs to the nature.

Anyway I show you this video in a kind of don’t do it at home way because you can already see everything on the video.

Hope you enjoy.
